Certain Services incorporate artificial intelligence features powered by third-party providers. AI outputs are provided "as-is" and should be reviewed for accuracy. We do not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, InnovateHub Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InnovateHub Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
